To have a canvas the size of a billboard, and has the ability to be animated regarding 'The 2020 Awakening' theme immediately drove me to think about what warnings and insight the elders have shared with us in the past. What nuggets of wisdom could I share visually to speak to this time? With the great history of political cartooning, and satire in mind, I wondered what subject do I want to shine my stylistic light on? Only having to look in my pocket to see what is today's game changer, the 'smartphone'. Tech.
